Hi friends! My name is Barbara Solis and I'm a doctor. Today I will talk about asthma. The Asthma is a disease the airways become inflamed, narrow and produce larger amounts of mucus than normal, making it difficult to breathe. Asthma can be mild or it can interfere with daily activities. In some cases, it can lead to fatal attacks. Symptoms can cause shortness breath, chest pain, coughing or wheezing. If you are asthmatic, you shouldn't smoke. Some remedies for asthma may be breathe in water vapor, practicing yoga can help clear the airways and some people say that if you feed a stray cat, you will never have an asthma attack again. But if these remedies don't worf for you, you should see a doctor.
Thanks for listening to me, I'll be back soon with more advice.
