    174. How to Become a Morning Person | 6 Tips to Make Your Mornings Better That Actually Stick

    12/08/2026 | 45 min
Want to become a morning person but can't make it stick? In this episode I'm breaking down exactly how I trained myself to actually enjoy waking up early, and why I don't think it has anything to do with motivation. We're talking about why your morning routine actually starts the night before, how to stop relying on willpower, and the small shifts that make getting up early feel effortless instead of like a fight with yourself every single day.

    What I cover:
👉🏻 Why most morning routines fail by Wednesday, and the mistake almost everyone makes when trying to wake up earlier
👉🏻 How to remove decision fatigue from your mornings so you're not negotiating with yourself at 6am
👉🏻 The role your phone plays in your routine
👉🏻 Why SYSTEMS beat motivation every time, and how to actually build habits that stick

    173. The “Type A” Systems That Make My Life Run Smoothly | How I Stay EXTREMELY Organized

    05/08/2026 | 36 min
These are the Type A habits, routines and organizational systems I use to make my life easier across my home, schedule, phone, finances, self-maintenance and mental load. Being Type A often gets confused with being rigid or controlling, but for me, it means thinking through recurring parts of my life in advance so I don’t have to make the same decisions every day. Because I live alone and run my own business, I manage a lot of moving pieces, and these simple systems help me stay organized without feeling like I always need to be “on.”

In this episode, I’m sharing the practical habits that keep my life running smoothly. The goal is to help you notice which recurring decisions or stress points make your own life harder and create a system that works with the way you naturally operate. A little proactive effort can eliminate a surprising amount of mental admin later.

Whether you are naturally Type A, trying to become more organized, struggling with decision fatigue or simply looking for realistic routines that make everyday life easier, take what resonates and adapt it to your own life.

    22/07/2026 | 36 min
If your days have been feeling harder than they should, the problem may not be your discipline - it's friction. In this episode I break down the five areas of your life where invisible resistance is making everything harder, and walk through exactly how to identify and remove it.

    What I cover:
👉🏻 What friction actually is and why it's so hard to notice until it's already accumulated
👉🏻 Environment friction - how to set up your physical space so it works with you instead of against you
👉🏻 Invisible decision points - the recurring daily decisions that are draining your mental load without you realizing it
👉🏻 Digital friction - how to organize your phone and computer so they function as tools instead of sources of overwhelm
👉🏻 The stuff you're tolerating and identity friction - how both are quietly shaping how your life feels every single day

    170. How to Become a High-Performer in Your Own Life | Habits That Make Me Successful & What I'm Changing

    15/07/2026 | 49 min
High performance isn't about waking up at 4AM, cold plunging, or adding more to your already full plate. In this episode I break down the three things that actually separate high performers from everyone else - discipline, systems, and standards - and walk through exactly what I'm building into my own life right now to level up in this new chapter.

    What I cover:
👉🏻 The reframe: high performance is subtraction, not addition
👉🏻 Discipline: waking up earlier, de-centering social media, protecting deep work blocks
👉🏻 Systems: my Sunday planning system, Notion planner, fitness routine, and digital organization overhaul
👉🏻 Standards: environment design, energy management, tracking, and discomfort tolerance
👉🏻 Why discipline without systems and systems without discipline both lead to the same place (nowhere)
