In the second episode of the season, Mike welcomes Evan Kennedy, a PhD student at Cardiff Metropolitan University. Together they explore the ongoing formation of Evan's coaching identity by looking at the autoethnographical study co-authored with Dr Gareth McNarry. 
Evan looks back at his early days as a player in Spain, the impact it had on his coaching practice, and the vulnerable places he found himself during his journey in higher education.
