Phoebe is the cookbook author of SIBO Made Simple and has recently released her newest book, CARBivore. Phoebe has personally experienced SIBO, Hashimoto's, and several other health challenges I think we can all relate to. In this conversation, she shares some tips and tricks to help us expand our diets with carbs while still keeping blood sugar and IBS in check.
