All is not what it seams as there's been much bloodshed and bells rung as the creepy count gets up to his dark deeds AGAIN!

It's definitely all going to go well for him this time round right? RIGHT??

Either way, the lads are here to see what all the fuss is about, try on some holy robes for size and meet the nobility with a couple of Joans.

Mirroring the release of The Devil Rides Out and The Lost Continent, Cev's piloting this one a week later and with Adam already overboard, it looks like the whole crew are in for some choppy waters! 

Philip does the decent thing and takes to the library while Smokey attempts to anchor all the proceedings in the crew room below decks.1968s The Lost Continent features a dizzying array of dottiness that has ensured it has as many lovers as it does haters. Batten down the hatches, this could be rough and a bit saucy.

Upon its UK release in July 1968, The Devil Rides Out did not exactly set the world on fire and did even worse when it made it to the US, but sometimes the world simply needs time to catch up with art. Now it's generally considered to be one of the crown jewels of Hammer although opinions may still differ to this day...

Through their early years, Hammer had some fine successes with cheaply adapting BBC properties to the big screen with The Quatermass Xperiment being their most successful of them all, but by the time the grumpy professor had come along, the formula had already proven to be a winner thanks to a certain radio detective...
