For some, this was surprise so as Vice-Dean, Todd was invited to share how that decision was made. This conversation will touch on who was involved in the conversation (TUFCA and Dr. Marshall on behalf of the Board of Governors – underscore that this wasn’t CSM or Department Head decision), and it will also touch on inequities identified due to COVID and the need for a compassionate response.
