There are entire spiritual belief systems built on the idea that souls agree to play the villain in each other's lives. That someone signed up before birth to betray you, abandon you, or break you open so you could grow. In this episode, Gellyahnah offers a very different perspective.
Drawing from a channeling session with the Creator alongside her friend Katie, this episode walks through what souls actually agree to before a lifetime, why harm shows up anyway, and what happens energetically to the person who caused it.
Souls agree to protect each other. Every role is chosen for proximity, so one soul can walk slightly ahead and light the way. No soul signs up to be a predator. So where does the harm come from? It comes from the confusion that sets in the moment we arrive here, the fear that settles into a child before they can even form a sentence, and the calcifying of that fear by age four or five.
The person who hurt you was not carrying out an assignment. They were running so far outside their own soul that they could no longer feel the loyalty their soul still holds for you.
This episode also dismantles two teachings many of us built our spiritual understanding on: that everything is pre-written, and that souls choose abusive parents to clear karma. Both came back differently than expected.
And then there is the part that surprised Gellyahnah most. When one soul burns another, that soul has to stand behind the person they hurt until that person is fully healed. Their energy atones daily. They cannot leave. The karma completes when you heal.
Which means the ending was always yours to hold.

The 35 to 42 cycle woke you up. This one asks you to live it.
In this episode, we walk through the 42 to 49 years, the cycle I call Soul Embodiment. This is the season where your soul stops dismantling your life for you and starts asking whether you are actually willing to build something true from everything you learned. It is a completely different kind of challenge, and it catches a lot of people off guard.
We start with the piece almost nobody talks about, which is that whatever you left unfinished in the last cycle follows you into this one. It comes back louder. It comes back wearing a different face. The toxic dynamic returns as a business partner instead of a spouse. The career you knew you needed to leave starts showing up in your body. The spiritual nudge you ignored becomes a pull you can barely function around. Your soul is patient, and your soul is persistent.
Then we go year by year, because every age in this cycle carries its own sound frequency and its own assignment. 42 as the transition and the fork in the road. 43 as the year your soul asks the private you and the public you to finally become one person. 44 as the gateway, where the spotlight turns on everything still out of alignment. 45 as the Year of the Dragon, when your power surfaces and you stop asking permission to take up space. 46 as the call into divine service from alignment rather than depletion. 47 as the year you build from truth and start to understand what the fire was for. 48 as the year your wounds become your wisdom and your story becomes someone else's survival guide. And 49 as the completion, where the Divine Mother frequency meets you with the truth that you were always enough.
I also share what this cycle looks like for the people who genuinely did the work in their late thirties, and what it looks like for the ones who chose the familiar instead. You fell in love with who they were. And then somewhere along the way, they became someone you barely recognized. So which version was real?
