In this episode, we discuss the role of the Women in HPC initiative in supporting women throughout their careers in high-performance computing. Together with Karina Pesatova (IT4Innovations National Supercomputing Centre), we explore mentoring, networking, visibility, and outreach activities that help build a stronger and more inclusive HPC community.
The conversation also examines how attracting and retaining talent is essential for the future of supercomputing and the engineering and scientific applications it enables.
