There’s something very witchy about this lady, and we don’t mean personality-wise. Her bed is made of ironwood, she only has daughters, she raises her children (Nesta especially) to be cruel and unfeeling - the signs are there! Plus Nesta and Elain both have mental gates of iron - are these sisters ironteeth? Maasverse: Are there wyrdmarks around the Archeron’s door?Whorls and swirls galore, babes. Yes, definitely. But the bigger question is - why are there wyrdmarks in Prythian at all, if the Valg have never been here? Could they in fact not be a Valg language at all, but connected to the Daglan? Or have the valg been here the whole time? And did the wyrdmarks actually work?
