Mindfulness of Body | Satipatthana | Wisdom Meditation
This is a 25 minute guided meditation with 5 minute self practice, establishing mindfulness of body.
This session follows the framework set out in the Discourse of the Four Foundations of Mindfulness, taught by the Buddha.
First, learning to prompt mindfulness through breathing, developing continuity, calmness and clarity before proceeding to develop perception of ultimate (conditioned) realities of body. There’s only enough time to cover -- the air element.
