Muhammed explains Islamic teachings in contrast to Christian beliefs, focusing on the prohibition of pork (which remains consistent from Old to New Testament), the Islamic understanding of Jesus as a prophet (not God), and the oneness of God versus the Trinity. He addresses misconceptions about Islam including terrorism, treatment of women, polygamy, and Christmas, emphasizing that Islamic commands are based on justice and natural differences between men and women rather than strict equality.

Muhammed engages a physicist by discussing the Islamic concept of God as utterly unlike creation, beyond human comprehension. He argues that the universe's complexity and precision point to an all-powerful, all-knowing Creator whose attributes can be known through observing creation. He then presents the Quran's scientific accuracy—including descriptions of universal expansion, embryology, and cloud formation—as evidence that Islam is divinely revealed, challenging the interlocutor to explain how an illiterate 7th-century Arab could possess such knowledge without divine revelation.

Muhammed Ali explains that the question 'which madhhab should I follow?' does not apply to laypeople, who should instead follow a trusted scholar who provides Quranic and Sunnah evidence. For students of knowledge, he clarifies that a madhhab (school of jurisprudence) represents a scholar's methodology and conclusions, not a religiously binding requirement. He emphasizes that while the four main madhhabs collectively contain correct Islamic jurisprudence, no single madhhab holds all truth, and students should choose based on understanding each madhhab's foundations (usul) and what brings them closer to Quran and Sunnah, ideally selecting the madhhab prevalent in their region for accessibility to teachers.

Muhammed Ali defends Islamic theology by systematically addressing Christian claims about Jesus's divinity. He argues that Jesus never explicitly claimed to be God, emphasizing biblical passages where Jesus describes himself as a servant of God, refers to the Father as the only true God, and demonstrates human limitations. He explains Islamic preservation methods (oral tradition and mass memorization) as superior to written transmission, and critiques Christian interpretations of Old Testament prophecies as eisegesis rather than proper exegesis. Throughout, he presents Islam as the continuation of Jesus's original monotheistic message.

Muhammed argues that the universe requires a Creator because existence cannot come from nothing and infinite regression is logically impossible. He explains that God, unlike the universe, has no starting point and is eternally existing and independent (Al-Qayyum, As-Samad). He emphasizes using reason over blind faith, citing the Quran's scientific accuracy on topics like the expanding universe and embryology as evidence of Islam's truth, and notes that Islamic scholars pioneered the modern scientific method and much foundational knowledge.
