Authentic Church with Pastor Bobby Chandler

What do you do when you believe God is telling you to move, but everything around you is telling you to stop?
Maybe you're facing a decision about your family, your relationship, your career, or your future. You want to obey God, but you're afraid of making the wrong decision. And sometimes, the people you love and trust don't understand what God is doing in your life.
In Acts 21, the Apostle Paul faces that exact situation. The Holy Spirit has led him toward Jerusalem, but his closest friends are begging him not to go. Paul knows suffering is ahead, yet he refuses to abandon what God has called him to do.In this message, Pastor Bobby Chandler shares three biblical principles to help you navigate uncertainty, recognize God's voice, and move forward in faith:Don't let your feelings be your guide.Let God's Word be your guide.Don't let people override God's voice in your life. You'll discover why God's direction doesn't always make sense, how to recognize His voice through a relationship with Him, and why obedience doesn't always mean taking the easiest path. You don't have to know everything that's coming when you trust the One who does.Join us at Authentic Church as we continue our Unstoppable series through the book of Acts.

Have you ever looked at someone else's life and wondered, “God, why not me?”Why did they get the relationship? Why did they get the promotion? Why does it seem like their prayers keep getting answered while you're still waiting?Comparison can steal your joy, distort your identity, and distract you from the assignment God has placed on your life.In Acts 20, Paul knows suffering is ahead of him. He's leaving people he loves, and the Holy Spirit is leading him somewhere he doesn't necessarily want to go. But Paul refuses to stop because he knows the assignment God has given him. In this message, Pastor Bobby Chandler teaches how to stop comparing your race to someone else's, stay humble when God begins to bless you, recognize the people who shouldn't be running with you, and keep moving when life gets difficult.God has a lane for you.God has an assignment for you.Don't stop now.GIVING To support this ministry and help us continue to reach people all around the world click here: https://authenticchurch.com/give GET CONNECTED Ready to check out Authentic Church in person? Why do we keep fighting the same battles over and over again?
You can look like you have everything together. You can know the Christian language, go to church, serve, worship—and still find yourself struggling with the same sin, temptation, anger, bitterness or addiction.Because you can't fake your way to freedom.

In Acts 19, Paul enters Ephesus, a city filled with spiritual darkness, false worship and occult practices. What happens next reveals the difference between simply knowing about Jesus and actually walking in the power of the Holy Spirit. In this message, Pastor Bobby Chandler challenges us to stop fighting spiritual battles with physical strength, stop pretending we're okay, and surrender the things that continue pulling us backward.

The Holy Spirit isn't an accessory to your Christian life. He's your Helper, Advocate and the Spirit of God living within you.You don't have to keep fighting the same battle alone.

The sermon makes that distinction particularly clearly when Bobby says the Holy Spirit was never intended to be an “accessory” or “add on” to the Christian walk.

What do you do when something you care about is completely out of your control?
You can make plans, pray, prepare, and do everything you know to do—and life can still change.
Relationships change. People leave. People misunderstand you. Situations don't turn out the way you expected.
But just because something changed doesn't mean God changed His mind about you.
In this message from Acts 15–17, Pastor Bobby Chandler looks at the conflict between Paul and Barnabas and what happened when two godly people couldn't agree. Their relationship changed, but God's purpose continued—and eventually, restoration came.
You'll learn how to handle changing relationships without bitterness, protect your heart without hating someone, stop allowing other people's responses to distract you, and give God what you cannot control.
You don't have to control what happens next when you trust the One who does.
God's not done yet.
The relationship section is especially important because the sermon doesn't pretend every conflict gets immediately resolved. Paul and Barnabas actually separate, but both continue the mission.

It rarely starts with a huge decision. It starts with “just this once.”Compromise doesn't usually pull you away from Jesus overnight. It happens slowly—one small exception, one ignored conviction, one seemingly harmless decision at a time.In this message from Revelation 2, Pastor Curtis challenges us to recognize the compromises we tolerate before they become the things that control us. Jesus' warning to the churches at Pergamum and Thyatira shows us that what opposition from the outside cannot stop, compromise on the inside can. But this message isn't simply a warning. It's a reminder of the Gospel: when we've compromised, the answer isn't to try harder—it's to repent, return to Jesus, and remember who we are in Him. What you don't confront now can destroy you later.GIVING To support this ministry and help us continue to reach people all around the world click here: https://authenticchurch.com/give GET CONNECTED Ready to check out Authentic Church in person?
