Back again my babes! This is part 4 in my burnout series and today I’m exploring what I’m learning this week (and the things I don’t have answers to). I discuss why so many high-achieving women are completely disconnected from their pelvises and their ability to feel, and unpacking how we've all been conditioned to just do what we're "supposed to do" without ever being asked what we actually want or how we want to feel. I talk about the terrifying process of unraveling when you don't have the energy to hold it together anymore, why burnout might actually be a spiritual awakening rather than a breakdown, and how safe people (including incredible female friendships) are genuinely part of the healing process.
