46 young evangelisers have been sent out from Letterkenny Cathedral into schools and youth retreats across Ireland. Nation Evangelisation Teams Net, calls Catholic young people from around the world, including 9 From Ireland, to join full time in commitment to mission for one year. Irish Net mission director Tony Foy, talking to Paul MacAree, says they intend that every young person in Ireland should hear about Jesus.
Celtic Connections - 10/06/2018 - Ireland’s Radical Abortion Bill Examined

Irish Health Minister Simon Harris plans abortion services across Ireland from January next year. In a radical abortion bill proposed to the Irish parliament, abortions would be free at tax payers expense, pro-life doctors would be obliged to cooperate with abortions, and Catholic hospitals will be obliged to carry out abortions. Abortions will be made accessible through a broad rage of circumstances including issues of life and health, including the mental health of the mother, with few limitations. Kathy Sinnott and and Paul MacAree discuss.
